A B S T R A C T

The article describes a possible method of computer aided design appropriate for the architectural education. It outlines the general features and characteristics of such a method and reveals  the relationships with the traditional, "analogue" design approaches. Finaly, it answers the question what would be the ideal time and manner to introduce computer aided design in the academic architectural curiculum.
